Are you up for a testing 2-kilometer uphill ride that pushes your limits but also exposes you to hidden wonders of Montenegro? Starting at Fort Vrmac, there is a one hour ascent of the mountain, then a short hike to the summit is followed by a technical descent of 7-9% decline, making this an intermediate route requiring good mountain bike handling skills.

Moving at a slower pace, you can engage more intensely with stunning scenery and generally a great cycling experience across diverse terrain towards the summit of Vrmac Ridge. Hop in the van and enjoy the picturesque drive to our starting point on the mountain.

We’ll do a safety briefing and make sure everyone likes their Giant Trance full-suspension MTBs supplied bikes.

Once we climb up a steep, rocky path, we’ll have a short walking break at Sveti Ilija, another great viewpoint in this adventure Montenegro touring. We’ll make a stop at Gornja Lastva village so we can all appreciate the unique views of Kotor Bay, take a bunch of photos capturing your holidays and recharge for the downhill race. What's Included?

Guide and All equipment - Giant hybrid w/disc brakes and helmet. We offer bikes in a variety of sizes, accommodating a wide range of riders. Refreshments and fruits.

What to bring

Pack plenty of water, comfortable closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, a hat, and light, breathable clothing. Don't forget to pack your closed-toed shoes as well. Remember that, especially during the shoulder seasons, the air may be 3-5 degrees cooler at the start of the tour. As a result, it's advised to also bring a fleece or windbreaker for additional warmth and security.

Safety

The tour we offer involves a considerable amount of physical exertion and demands a notable level of expertise in mountain biking, as well as a strong degree of physical stamina. In order to partake, we utilize bicycles that are designed for adults, meaning that the tour is restricted to individuals who are at least 16 years of age. To guarantee that each participant is fitted with an appropriately sized bicycle, we request that the height of each rider be provided in advance.
