What's Included?

What to bring

Pack plenty of water, comfortable closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, a hat, and light, breathable clothing. Don't forget to pack your closed-toed shoes as well. Remember that, especially during the shoulder seasons, the air may be 3-5 degrees cooler at the start of the tour. As a result, it's advised to also bring a fleece or windbreaker for additional warmth and security.

Safety

The smooth, paved roads on this almost entirely downhill bike ride are suitable for all fitness levels. Still, we recommend a moderate cycling experience in order to avoid potential accidents due to fast riding speeds and sharp downhill turns. Since we use adult-size bikes the minimum age requirement is 16.
